2025 NAPT Silver Pass Prize Description:

The “Prize” consists of the following:

1. One (1) entry into the 2025 NAPT $100,000 Guaranteed Tournament of Stars taking place at Resorts World in Las Vegas, Nevada.
2. Seven-night accommodation (Nov. 4-11) at Resorts World in Las Vegas, Nevada.
3. $800 cash
4. Entry for the Prize winner and one guest to “All-In with Jason Koon” taking place at Resorts World in Las Vegas, Nevada.

2025 NAPT Silver Pass Acceptance Terms and Conditions:

1. Individuals must be at least 21 years old, physically present in New Jersey, Michigan or Pennsylvania to accept the Prize. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to accept the Prize.
2. PokerStars will send the Prize winner(s) an email to the address linked to their Stars Account (“Notification”) after the Prize is won. The winner(s) must reply to the Notification and accept (“Prize Acceptance”) the Prize within seven (7) days after the date of the Notification (“Response Period”). If the winner(s) does not respond to the Notification and accept the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited. If the Prize is awarded through a poker tournament, PokerStars may, in its discretion, offer the unclaimed Prize to another tournament player in the order of finishing results, until a winner who accepts the Prize in accordance with this paragraph is found. If the Prize is awarded through a promotion, PokerStars may, in its discretion, offer the unclaimed Prize to another participant in the promotion. PokerStars is not required to find an alternative Prize winner if any Prize goes unclaimed and is forfeited.
3. Repeat 2025 NAPT Silver Pass Prize Existing Silver Pass Prize winners will automatically be credited an alternative prize consisting of T$3,000 in lieu of a second 2025 NAPT Silver Pass Prize.
4. Cash elements of the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s PokerStars account and credited within seven (7) days from the time of Prize Acceptance.
5. By accepting the Prize, the Prize winner(s) agrees to be bound by the PokerStars live events terms available at https://www.pokerstarslive.com/tos/.
6. The Prize does not include any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not expressly specified in the “Prize Description” section. The winner is solely responsible for, and PokerStars will not be liable to reimburse the winner for any such additional charges and expenses.
7. It is the responsibility of the Prize winner(s) to check any requirements for the hotel, event venue and any other supplier providing elements of the Prize. The Prize winner(s) is bound by, and must comply with, any terms and conditions set out on their event and the rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the hotel, event venue, event promoter and any other supplier connected with the Prize. PokerStars is not responsible for any failure of the Prize winner(s) to gain entry or re-entry to the hotel and/or event, or to participate in any element of the Prize, due to any action/inaction on the part of the winner and/or their companion.
8. PokerStars has no liability for lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates and/or other documentation connected with the Prize.
9. All elements of the Prize are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be re-sold. No cash or any other alternative is available for any element of the Prize. No alternative dates are available.
10. If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable, or if the winner is unable to use/take part in any element of the prize, for any reason beyond PokerStars’ reasonable control, PokerStars is not obliged to offer any additional alternative prizes not already listed in the “Prize Description” section. If the winner accepts the Prize and then is unable to use the Prize, they must inform PokerStars as soon as possible. If the Prize was awarded through a tournament, the unused elements of the Prize will be forfeited, following which PokerStars may, in its discretion, offer those parts of the Prize to another Tournament player in the order of finishing results until a winner who is able to attend is found.
11. The winner must not do anything that may bring the PokerStars, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute. PokerStars reserves the right to take appropriate action (including the removal of any element of the Prize) if the winner acts in a way that PokerStars reasonably considers bringing the PokerStars, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute.
12. PokerStars is not liable for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused or sustained by the winner as a result of participating in the Prize.
