Finding tickets, tournaments and players

Where can I find tournament tickets?

You can find your tournament tickets in the 'My Rewards' section.

Desktop:

1. Select the star icon.
2. Open 'My Rewards'.
3. Select 'Tournament tickets'.

Mobile:

1. Press the star icon at the bottom center.
2. Scroll to 'My Rewards' on the right.
3. Scroll left and select 'Tournament tickets'.

Website:

1. Go to 'Account'.
2. Select 'Promotions & Rewards'.
3. Open 'My Rewards'.
4. Select 'Tournament Tickets'.

How can I find a tournament?

You can search for a tournament using its ID or by text.

Desktop:

1. Select 'More'.
2. Go to 'Tools'.
3. Select 'Find….'
4. Choose 'A Tournament'.
5. Enter the tournament ID.

You can also use the shortcut 'Ctrl + T'.

Mobile:

1. Select the search icon (a magnifying glass).
2. Enter the tournament name or keyword.

 

Where can I see the tournaments I'm registered for?

You can view your registered tournaments in the ‘My Games & Tickets’ section.

Desktop:

1. Select 'More'.
2. Go to 'Tools'.
3. Open 'My Games & Tickets'.
4. Select 'Registered in Tournaments'.

You can also use the shortcut 'Ctrl + R'

Mobile:

Registered tournaments appear under 'My Games' in the Poker Home section.

If you're not registered in any tournaments, this section will be hidden.

 

How can I find another player?

You can search for another player using the 'Find' tool.

Desktop:

1. Select 'More'.
2. Go to 'Tools'.
3. Select 'Find'.
4. Choose 'A Player'.
5. Type the Player ID.

You can also use the shortcut 'Ctrl + F'.

Mobile:

This feature is not available on mobile.

 

How can I find a Team PokerStars player?

You can search for Team PokerStars players using the 'Find' tool.

Desktop:

1. Select 'More'.
2. Go to 'Tools'.
3. Select 'Find'.
4. Choose 'A Team PokerStars Pro'.
5. Pick the one you want to view from the list.

You can also use the shortcut 'Ctrl + P'.

Mobile:

This feature is not available on mobile.
