      Missing withdrawal: Timeframe to receive my funds

      When you request a withdrawal we'll process and credit it as follows:

      • Automatic withdrawals: we'll immediately credit back your funds to the same methods used to deposit in the previous 12 months. These credits are automatic and up to the amount deposited with each method.
      • Non-automatic withdrawals: we'll review and approve any surplus amount within 72 hours (48 hours for Portugal). You'll be able to choose the method you want these amounts credited.

      Once we approve and send for processing your withdrawal you'll receive the funds within the usual timeframes. Credit timeframes will vary with the payment method selected.
