      How to request a withdrawal

      What should I check before requesting a withdrawal?

      Before submitting a withdrawal request:

      • Make sure your payment method is still valid
      • Funds from deposits or player-to-player transfers must be wagered at least once before withdrawal
      • If using the mobile app, log out properly before closing it

      If your account is temporarily blocked, wait 10 minutes before trying to log in again.

      If your payment method is no longer valid:

      • Cancel the withdrawal request
      • Contact support for assistance

      How do I request a withdrawal?

      Follow these steps:

      1. Log in to your account
      2. Open the Cashier
      3. Select the 'Withdraw' tab
      4. Choose your currency and enter the amount
      5. Select a payment method
      6. Review the details and confirm

       

      How is my withdrawal method selected?

      In some cases, the system may automatically assign a withdrawal method.

      This happens if:

      • You used a payment method for deposits within the last 12 months
      • The method falls under our Withdrawal Policy

      What happens after I submit a withdrawal?
