Withdrawals: General Cashier instructions

  • If your payment method is no longer valid, cancel your request and contact us.
  • You must play the funds originating from deposits and player-to-player transfers at least once before you withdraw them.
  • If you're using our mobile app, make sure you log out properly before closing it. If you get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.

To request a withdrawal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and head to the Cashier.
  2. Select the 'Withdraw' tab.
  3. Choose your currency and enter the withdrawal amount.
  4. Select the payment method from the available options.
  5. Confirm the withdrawal.

Our system may automatically select your withdrawal method. This will happen when you've made deposits in the last 12 months with a payment method subject to our Withdrawal Policy. To know more, head to our website's 'Deposit and Withdrawal' section and choose 'Withdrawal Policy'.

Once you submit your withdrawal request, you'll receive a confirmation email. It will inform you about the transaction details and when to expect your funds.
