      Instant bank transfer: Funds unavailable due to previous returns

      If you have made a recent deposit using Instant Bank Transfer, but you do not see the funds in your available balance, the reason could be due to a returned deposit.

      All Instant Bank Transfers have a three-day clearing period in our system. During this time, you won't be able to withdraw these funds.

      However, if you have had any previous Instant Bank Transfers returned to your bank, you won't have access to use any funds that come from other new Instant Bank Transfer deposits, until they have cleared in our system, 3 calendar days later.
